Terms of Service

This is a free tool that converts audio and video recordings into text, and can translate transcripts and answer questions about them using AI. It runs in your browser and on our servers, with no account required.

You may only upload audio that you own or have the right to transcribe. You must not use the tool for anything unlawful, or to process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have permission to use.

You must not abuse, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the limits or security of the service — including scripting, scraping, or automating access to the underlying processing.

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and the transcripts you produce. We claim no ownership of your content and do not store it (see the Privacy Policy).

Transcription and translation are automated and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Accents, background noise, crosstalk and unusual terms can all cause errors. Always review the output before relying on it — especially for important, legal or medical use.

The service is free and provided on a best-effort basis. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Transcription, translation and chat are provided through third-party AI services. Your use of the tool also depends on the reasonable operation of those providers.

The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tool or from any errors in the output.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
